Interflora Quarantee

Interflora guarantees the quality of the flowers.

Interflora guarantees that the flowers are of good quality when delivered and that the flowers are delivered according to the amount paid by the customer. NOTE: Due to price fluctuations, the number of flowers in mixed bouquets may vary slightly. Complaints related to the quality of the delivered flowers must be addressed to the Interflora office (tel. 0102176320 or info@interflora.fi) or to the store that delivered the flowers no later than within the working day following the delivery.

If the delivered flowers are poor quality, delivering store is obliged to deliver new flowers to the recipient. Refunding a part or the whole price of the flowers and delivery fee is possible against the evidence of poor quality of the flowers (bringing flowers to the flower shop or sending detailed photographs to Interflora office at info@interflora.fi). Complaints about the quality of the flowers are normally handled in one work day. During seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Easter, Graduation Day) and the following weeks complaints are handled within three working days.

Flowers will be delivered on the desired day. Orders placed by 2:00 pm on weekdays can be delivered to your home address on the same day almost anywhere in Finland. An exception to this is certain locations where bus transportation and deliveries are only Mon-Fri. You will find a list of these locations at the end of the delivery terms. In addition, there are a few locations where delivery should have been made the day before.

The recipient is primarily delivered the flower variety ordered. If this is not possible, the variety declared or as close as possible to the variety shall be supplied. Plant pots and baskets may vary depending on the delivering flower shop.

Because flowers are fresh products and bouquets and arrangements are made by order, they don’t have returning policy. Chocolates and other candies that you can order as an additional product when ordering flowers, are groceries and they don’t have right of return either.

Cancelling order is possible at latest the previous work day before delivery by 3pm.
