How do I order?

You can order from Interflora web shop or by visiting a local Interflora flower shop. In order to place a flower order you need to have the recipient’s address and phone number and an accepted payment method according to the location of the order. We do not accept orders by phone.
In our web shop you can pay with bank or credit card, online bank and digital wallets. Interflora flower shops accept cash, bank cards and credit cards. Invoicing is available for companies that have registered as corporate customers.

Is the delivery possible?

Interflora service covers nearly all of Finland and we have almost 300 flower shops around the country. Our web shop order form tells you if the delivery is not possible. If you are unsure and want to check if delivery is possible to a certain location, please contact our customer service. Our customer service chatbot Flora helps you 24/7. Deliveries on Sundays and public holidays are usually not possible, but there are a few exceptions like Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, or if Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day or days before Christmas are on a Sunday (some regional restrictions might occur).

Same day delivery?

Orders placed before 1:45 PM on weekdays can be delivered to home addresses on the same day almost everywhere in Finland. To bigger cities same day deliveries are available for ordering until 3:45 PM. On Saturdays, orders for the same day delivery can be placed until 10:45 AM. Deliveries to company addresses are possible on weekdays. Orders to companies must be placed preferably one (1) day in advance or at the latest on the same morning by 9 AM.

Delivery time

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but you may add your delivery time wish in your order. The delivering florist will do their best to deliver at the desired time. Exceptions for this are funeral orders that are always delivered according to the time of the funeral. Funeral orders must be placed 2 days before the delivery date (funeral).

International orders

You can send flowers with Interflora to more than 140 countries. The delivery fee for international orders is 17,00€ which includes the service fee. An order abroad for same day delivery must be placed by 12.00 noon Finnish time. Please notice the time difference between the countries. We cannot guarantee deliveries on Sundays or local legal holidays. We will inform you in case your order can’t be delivered on the chosen date. Read more about International orders.

Delivery fee

The delivery fee is in addition to the flowers price. The delivery fee in Finland is 12,80€ and for international orders 18,00€. For the international orders, there might be extra delivery fees to some locations due to long delivery distance. In such cases we will contact you and agree on how to proceed.

Additional products

You may also add some extra gift items to your flower order. You can choose chocolates, teddy bears, a greeting card, a vase or a pot to be delivered with the flowers. For a funeral order you can choose a card of condolence or a funeral ribbon. All the florists have selection of folded greeting cards and bigger cards of condolence, but they vary depending on the shop. The florist will choose the most suitable card for the occasion and your flowers. Read more about Additional Products.

Floral cheques

You can send floral cheques to be redeemed in Finland. The service charge is 3,80 euros per delivery address. All floral cheques are sent by mail to the recipient and they are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase. For same day shipment, we must receive your floral cheque order before 11 AM on weekdays. Floral cheques ordered after 11 AM on Fridays or during the weekend will be mailed on the following weekday at the earliest unless you have chosen a later mailing date. You may add a personal message to be delivered with your floral cheque if you add a greeting card to your order.
